This Delivery Policy outlines our practices and procedures to provide you with a clear understanding of how we handle deliveries within San Francisco and beyond.
We charge a flat delivery fee of $19.95 for all deliveries within San Francisco. This flat fee may vary throughout the year, reflecting directly the changes in gasoline prices. For deliveries outside of San Francisco, we calculate the delivery fee dynamically based on distance and other logistics. The exact delivery fee will be provided at the time of order placement.
We buy our flowers fresh each morning from the San Francisco Flower Market! We leave the market with our handpicked flowers around 9:30-10am along with extra flowers for same day orders that come in after we are done shopping. If you place your same day flower order after this time, we will create something that is fresh, beautiful and equal value to the arrangement you chose. We may need to make substitutions and we will consider your order a designer’s choice of equal value for same day availability. As you can see from our website all the ingredient's we use are premium, so you can be confident we will take great care of your same day order and make it beautiful! When we run out of flowers we will close the website allowing for same day orders. Sometimes an order may slip in before we do so, and if that happens we will call you at the number you provided to speak about you options of moving the delivery to next day. Please be sure to leave the correct contact info so we can get a hold of you!
Within San Francisco, our dedicated team of drivers ensures your orders are delivered with care. For areas outside San Francisco, we partner with reputable couriers to manage deliveries, ensuring the same level of service and care. If your delivery address is far from the city we may contact you for an added delivery charge based on distance and what the courier is charging.
Our goal is to deliver your flowers directly to the recipient without spoiling the surprise. In situations where direct delivery is not possible, such as apartment buildings, we may need to call the recipient or seek assistance from a neighbor. We will only leave the flowers at the address if it is deemed safe to do so and based on our extensive experience with deliveries to that location. Our drivers do their very best to get every business delivery done by 5:00 PM and every residential delivery done by 7:00 PM. 99%+ of the time they deliver it much quicker of course, but San Francisco is a bit dynamic with the occasional public rally, protest or unplanned construction work which can complicate the delivery schedule. If you have any concerns definitely contact us, we'll be happy to always keep you informed. The good news is that we've never "missed" a delivery - so you are in great hands with us.
Each and every item is handmade to order so some variation may occur in the style and color from the photo seen on our website. We do our very best to get it as close as possible, but seasonal substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers or the current stock in house since we purchase our flowers locally each morning from the San Francisco Flower Market. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays or if we are not able to source it on a given day as they are also purchased daily from the SF Flower Market. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
As of this time, we do not offer pick up, just delivery to the entire Bay Area.
Should there be any issues with delivering your order, such as access problems or recipient unavailability, we will immediately contact the buyer (sender) to find a resolution. Our commitment is to work with you to ensure your order is delivered as intended, or to arrange for a redelivery at a more suitable time.
We stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied call or email us within 24 hours of delivery for a return or re-delivery and we'll be happy to discuss your order and accommodate you.
