This Delivery Policy outlines our practices and procedures to provide you with a clear understanding of how we handle deliveries within San Francisco and beyond.
🚗 Delivery Fees and Schedule
Our delivery pricing begins at $24.95 and goes up based on the distance from our shop to your delivery address. The further the delivery is the more complex it can be with traffic, bridge tolls when leaving the city, time and gas which translates into a higher cost for the courier's delivery service.
Pricing by Distance: 0-7 miles: $24.95; 8-14 miles: $34.95; 15-21 miles: $54.95; 22-28 miles: $84.95; 29-35 miles : $124.95; 36-42 miles: $174.95; 43-49 miles $234.95; 50-56 miles $304.95; 57-63 miles $384.95
Unlike boxed flower services or basic courier drop-offs, we don’t simply drive an arrangement to your recipient, leave it on a doorstep, and walk away. Every order is hand-delivered by highly trained floral professionals using advanced computerized systems that monitor and adjust temperature and hydration en route. This meticulous level of care ensures your flowers arrive vibrant, long-lasting, and beautiful—never wilted, damaged, or left exposed to the elements.
By contrast, many florists and national flower marketers use untrained couriers and do not have the specialized delivery systems needed to safeguard your flowers during transit. This unintentionally introduces harmful bacteria into the arrangements, compromising the health and longevity of the flowers and plants. With our deliveries—whether flowers, orchids, succulents, or lush plants—you can trust that every detail has been managed with the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Our delivery couriers pick up orders twice a day (the first pick-up is typically around 1 PM), and deliveries are guaranteed by the end of the day. Our trained delivery personnel work on a separate schedule from our designers and often later than our business hours, so if you need an earlier delivery (for a morning funeral / celebration of life, a booth at the Moscone center, or any other sort of event), please call us so we can work out custom accommodations for your special delivery.

Same Day Orders
We buy our flowers fresh each day from the Growers and Tier 1 Wholesalers who get it farm-fresh! We handpick our each and every flower to ensure freshness and quality. If you place your same day flower order after we've returned from the floral market, we will create something that is fresh, beautiful and equal in value to the arrangement you chose though it may not be exactly the same as your selection from our website. We may need to make substitutions and we will consider your order a designer’s choice of equal value for same day availability. As you can see from our website all the ingredient's we use are premium, so you can be confident we will take great care of your same day order and make it beautiful! When we run out of flowers we will close the website for same day orders. Sometimes an order may slip in before we do so, and if that happens we will call you at the number you provided to speak about you options of moving the delivery to next day. Delivery Areas
Within San Francisco, our dedicated team of drivers ensures your orders are delivered with care. For areas outside San Francisco, we partner with reputable couriers to manage deliveries, ensuring the same level of service and care. If your delivery address is far from the city we may contact you for an added delivery charge based on distance and what the courier is charging.
Delivery Process
Our goal is to deliver your flowers directly to the recipient without spoiling the surprise. In situations where direct delivery is not possible, such as apartment buildings, we may need to call the recipient or seek assistance from a neighbor. We will only leave the flowers at the address if it is deemed safe to do so and based on our extensive experience with deliveries to that location. Our drivers do their very best to get every business delivery done by 5:00 PM and every residential delivery done by 7:00 PM. 99%+ of the time they deliver it much quicker of course, but San Francisco is a bit dynamic with the occasional public rally, protest or unplanned construction work which can complicate the delivery schedule. If you have any concerns definitely contact us, we'll be happy to always keep you informed. The good news is that we've never "missed" a delivery - so you are in great hands with us.
Substitutions
Each and every item is handmade to order so some variation may occur in the flower type and color from the photo seen on our website. We do our very best to get it as close as possible, but seasonal substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers or the current stock in house since we purchase our flowers locally each morning from the San Francisco Flower Market. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays or if we are not able to source it on a given day as they are also purchased daily from the SF Flower Market. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

We're one block from the major freeways (Highways 101, 280, 80) which allows us to provide the fastest delivery experience possible in San Francisco!
